Injury Management
- Uses employee's names, location, equipment etc. from the hazard
register.
- Including: - types of injury, body parts, LTI days, date range,
location, severity of injury, investigation report, investigation
open/closed.
- Various filtered reports to suit client's needs.
Database Costings
- Basic cost of database is $1950 + GST
- This cost includes 4 hours training, made up of:- Basic Hazard
ID and use of hazard register, (1 hour for the workforce)
- Assistance workforce identifying workplace hazards, using
form provided (1.5 hours)
- Detailed hazard register training to assist data input (1
hour manager/supervisor level)
- Injury/Accident register training (30 Minutes)
- Database entered onto one PC or Server.
- Instruction on how to install on other PC's throughout the
organisation.
On going Support
- Obviously further support services are available from our
Safety Consultants:
- Training, hazard data entry, development of control measures,
development of auditing methods.
- Injury Investigation, Root cause analysis, Development of
preventive measures. Incident investigation reports. Consultant
experienced facilitator in Incident Causation Analysis Method
ICAM.
Package Presentation
- The option of a presentation to individuals, safety committee
or senior management team, approx 1 hour without obligation.
