- Automatically generates review dates for the hazard
- Identify future control methods to further control the
hazard
- Identify who is responsible for implementing them and
by when
For each injury:-
- Identify the injury location
- What body part was injured?
- How did the injury occur?
- What type of injury was it?
- What caused the injury?
- Appoint an investigation leader
- Identify follow-up actions, who is responsible for implementing
them and by when
- Update the investigation status
