CPD - Continuing Professional Development
The requirement for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) was introduced on 1 January 2016 by WorkSafe and was set out in the gazette notice.

- Understand predisposing factors that can create unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
- Classify types of human error.
- Reason Human Error theory
- Workplace practices how human factors contributed to an incident.
