Please Note – Important Information

Before enrolling in or attending one of our courses, please take a moment to read the important information below. This includes course prerequisites, language assistance and interpreter requirements, and other important information that may affect your booking or participation.

Important Information

Language Assistance & Interpreter Requirements

To ensure all learners receive the best possible training experience, all ACT Safety public courses are delivered in English.

If a learner requires language assistance or interpretation, it is the responsibility of the employer or booking organisation to arrange and provide a suitable interpreter.

Please note:

  • ACT Safety does not provide interpreters or translation services.
  • Any interpreter provided must be independent of the learners attending the course.
  • A learner may not act as both an interpreter and a participant in the same course, as this may affect their ability to fully engage in the training and may disrupt the learning experience for other learners.

By booking a course with ACT Safety, employers acknowledge that they are responsible for arranging an interpreter where required.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

To be awarded credit, receive a certificate, or obtain your wallet card on the day of training, you must meet all prerequisites and present your completed, signed Workplace Attestation upon arrival.
