The criteria for the telehandler refresher course remains the same as previously, the learner must already hold the Unit Standards they are refreshing.
Refresher training is not a legal requirement; however, it is strongly recommended to ensure compliance with the Health & Safety Legislation and its industry "good practice" guidelines.
It is generally seen as good work practice that trainees refresh these unit standards every 3 years. The duration of this course is 4 hours and will cover the unit Standards to reinforce the trainee's knowledge of operating a Telehandler correctly.
